Under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager based in the United States, this position is responsible of managing the assigned customers base to increase sales in the local marketplace (mainly Europe) and provide sales and technical assistance to distributors, contractors and internal personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, for the assigned customer in France all the programs that revolve around pricing, revenue, growth, profitability, design, and customer satisfaction.

  • Serves as a member of a cross-functional customer interface team to insure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needs.

  • Support the development of the regional customer strategy for both the annual profit and five-year strategic plans

  • Provides input into the description, qualification, and recommendations of growth opportunities for new product .

  • Gathers competitive information about projects/ product / platform trends / directions and reports it to the Sales Manager

  • Manages cost reduction programs to support customer cost cutting initiatives while maintaining internal profitability targets.

  • Deploys the customer relationship review (CRR) process and assists in developing action plans to improve customer satisfaction performance.

  • Assists with the resolution of all open DSO issues at responsible customer base.

  • Builds customer-supplier relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and engineering.

  • Contributes to the development of pricing and commercial terms and conditions




  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business or other approved discipline.

  • Fluent English and German

  • 3 years of sales experience in Automotive industry. We welcome junior profiles with the right mindset.

  • Financial Skills: P&L, Cost estimating, Pricing, Market and Customer Knowledge,Value Proposition Design & Communication

  • Drive for results, priority setting, time management and communication/negotiation
