Inside Technical Sales Specialist

Join our dynamic team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative! As a Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Biosciences sales team. With a focus on the 3D cell culture, genome editing and Primery cells consumables portfolio, you will have the exciting opportunity to establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and life science customers across United Kingdom and Nordic countries.

This is a 12 month fixed term position from September 2024.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the covered portfolio and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and applications to customers.

  • Promote and sell the product portfolio, exceeding territory sales targets.

  • Drive business development at assigned customers to penetrate and grow current and new business.

  • Lead strategic objectives and foster the adoption of innovative products within the sales force.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong technical knowledge in the life science research field.

  • Ambitious and driven to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of working time, including some overnight stays.
