Inside Sales Representative

(Remote Sales & Account Management)

About the role

This role is not typical tele sales positions. It is a mixture of account management, sales, and business development.  It is quality over the quantity that matters to us!

Core objective of this role is to support Boston Scientific Divisions in achieving the goals and objectives they represent by contacting customers through remote channels, mainly telephone, video conferencing and other platforms.

Your Responsibilities will include:

-Taking responsibility of a defined territory with an assigned pool of Boston Scientific customers, including existing and potential accounts.
-Delivering remote channel contacts with the focus on identifying business opportunities and to enhance sales results.
-Proactively contacting the assigned customers on a regular basis, mainly by phone, to promote selected products and services
-Planning,  preparing and driving engagement with the customers, getting commitment to buy, negotiating and closing successful deals.
-Building relationships with other areas of the internal business such as Customer Services, Quotes and Tenders.
-Participating to internal team projects, sales meetings, training programs and conventions.

-Experiences in Sales
-Ability to follow customer needs along the entire relationship process with focus on sales
-Ability to provide clear and impactful communication, verbally and through business writing.
-Personal productivity, being driven to deliver on commitments and to respond, in a flexible way, when facing obstacles
-Strong problem-solving attitude through analysis of data and situation, following standard practices and company procedures
