Inside Sales Intern

Position Summary:
We’re looking for Inside Sales interns who can help us nurture and grow our SMB & e-commerce customer base. Come join our awesome team and be part of a passionate group that’s creating something special within our userbase.
Your Day-to-Day:
-Customer Growth: Take the lead in driving account activation, focusing on expanding our ever-growing SMB userbase. Take ownership of their purchase process and post-purchase journey.
-Relationship Building: Get to know our users as thoroughly as possible. From Purchase to order enablement, be the first point of contact. Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships. Plant seeds for future opportunities. You’re the bridge between the user’s initial experience and our solutions!
-Relationship Management: Take charge and eagerly tackle the responsibility of staying ahead of all users with order creation and activation with the help of cross functional teams.
-Collaboration: Work closely with our Renewals team, User success, Finance and Operations teams to ensure a seamless user experience from the first touchpoint.
-Learning and Educating: Become the master of your craft. Use your knowledge to make our users successful. Fearlessly embrace opportunities for continuous learning and growth
What You Bring to The Team:

-You have prior internship experience in any industry. (Software /IT will have preference.)
-You are a freshers or maximum 6 months experienced applicant
-You have a Master’s degree or a post-graduation in either Marketing, Sales, Operations, Business analytics from batch 2023- 2024
-You are known for your good communication skills no matter the medium you’re interacting with people in. You actively listen, ensure efficiency with the right questions, and infect with your positive energy.
-You have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and if you have Power BI and CRM tools experience, it would be an add on.
-Being data-driven is your natural strength, and having measurable targets helps you stay focused.
-The idea of learning more about how to help our users is something that makes you tick.
-Can-Do attitude. We all run into roadblocks every day. We’re looking for someone who can find solutions, motivate themselves, and keep getting things done.
