Your Career at UPS Healthcare:

Our Healthcare division continues to grow, and we’re hiring! Are you a passionate sales professional with advanced selling skills? Join our international sales team and work in a global environment to deliver the best supply chain solutions to our customers in the healthcare industry.

What you’ll do:

• Positioning and selling the full UPS portfolio of Supply Chain Services – including Parcel, Freight Forwarding, and Warehousing & Distribution solutions
• Acquiring new customers via phone and virtual channels, and managing existing healthcare clients
• Identifying new business opportunities along the customer’s supply chain and developing sales strategies
• Achieve revenue targets through tailored end-to-end solutions
• Mapping complex supply chains to fully understand customer needs and positioning appropriate solutions and services, with a focus on end-to-end solutions
• Building a strong internal and external network and collaborating with the global team
• Managing customer master data, preparing offers and contracts, and handling contract renewals
• Maintaining internal sales systems, performing general administrative tasks, and generating reports

What you’ll need:

• A relevant degree in Business & Sales
• Experience in selling services – ideally in logistics or healthcare
• Sales-driven mindset with high motivation
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent Italian and English language skills
