Flexible within CEE region (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia)

Reports to: 

 R&D Transformation and Innovation Director CEE

Position overview:

This role will be responsible for leading product and process innovations aligned with business strategies. Person in this role will lead projects, manage all Supply Chain functions to deliver ideas through to implementation and have clear contribution to Value optimization process by leveraging on R&D opportunities within external partners. Role will require up to 50 % travel within CEE region.

What will you do:

-Act as a technical project manager for brewing innovations covering E2E Supply Chain scope, as well as to define success criteria and carry out effective pilot- and large-scale trials to deliver new process developments/innovations
-Work with Marketing Innovation to lead the generation of new product ideas in brewing area and development of existing brands
-Develop new technologies within breweries, delivering relevant solutions to optimize cost
-Organize and facilitate know-how sharing throughout whole technical community of CEE, ensure delivery of process development projects within the CEE breweries, in-line with project timelines, budgets, and QF&S EH&S requirements
-Act as the Business subject matter expert on beer, low/no alcohol brewed beverages & functional product claims
-Establish an ecosystem of internal & external partners to build & maintain awareness/knowledge of industry trends, technological & legislative developments, regularly updating key stakeholders
-Develop relationships with academic institutions in the CEE to ensure that MCBC are at the cutting edge of new technologies and processes
-Lead and facilitate collaboration of breweries and external partners to work on the cost optimization process
-Support plants to build strategy and project pipeline for operations across CEE and execute based on business requirements; drive the innovation process for the local teams to assure that Supply delivers on all the inputs necessary for the project in the defined time
 

If you have the following …we want to hear from you!

-You are holding master’s degree in brewing or equivalent and have proven industrial brewing experience not less than 5 years
-You have experience in project management in a multi-size environment
-You have excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
-You are experienced in driving process and product innovation development and implementation
-You can share examples of successfully working with internal and external clients and creating collaborative relationships
-You are fluent in English, both verbal and written
