We are looking for an L&S Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement team in CSE. She/He will analyze and process complex data to identify value opportunities, preparing negotiation and taking care of data quality cleaning up and categorizing in compliance with all company procedures and assuring fully digitalization of rates and contracts.

Key responsibilities

You will be expected to:

• Solve problems in a structured and analytical manner.
• Support tactical negotiations across all L&S activities across the CSE area.
• Provide in-depth analytical support and contribute towards driving behavioral cost down through negotiations and positively impact unit cost savings.
• Contribute towards game plan savings and project pipeline building.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and support with the roll out of structured supplier relationship management.
• Manage your own work module independently, while being part of a team.
• Has accountability for reporting of LNS Procurement events

We are looking for

Someone with the following:

• Experience in an analytical role
• Ability to engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders and build meaningful relationships in order to grow the ocean and L&S landscape.
• Strong experience with Excel.
• Strategic mind-set and an ability to create seamless and creative solutions to reach goals
• Strong personal impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results- and action- oriented person
• Italian language at mothertoungue level and proficiency in English

Locations: Genoa

Contract: This position is associated with a 12-month fixed term contract, with the chance of transformation/renewal. No visa or relocation support provided for this role.
