So Join us and live your #LactalisExperience.Reporting into the Innovation manager Functionnal Nutritional Ingredients, and together with a team of dairy experts, you will contribute in :– Developing further the understanding of milk properties and its constituents in a variety of dairy products (milk ; cheese ; …) and their behavior through different processes.– Scouting for new-to-market solutions (product & technology) that can add value to dairy products from a sensory, functional or nutritional point of view.Main responsabilities :Assist in the definition and execution of the innovation pipeline.Design, plan, execute R&D projects and experiments to improve our knowledge of ingredients and technologies.Evaluate new products / ingredients, new tools (analytical tools, as well as new ways of working) according to our key areas of focus.Communicate results to team members and the broader R&D community.
