We are looking for a passionate Information Technology Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will ensure the smooth operation of all hotel technology systems, supporting both guest-facing and heart-of-house functions.

Key expectations:

• Maintain and troubleshoot all IT hardware and software, including PCs, printers, POS terminals, credit card systems, telephony, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and guest impact
• Document standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices
• Administer and control IT inventory, ensuring compliance with corporate standards
• Maintain accurate records of all support calls in the company’s tracking system
• Ensure adherence to data security protocols and corporate IT policies

Profile:

• Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Strong technical knowledge of hotel systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS etc.)
• Hands-on mentality with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with a calm, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
