Follow our page for the latest updates, news, and insights.*ALD Automotive | LeasePlan are rebranding to Ayvens across all 44 countries by 2025.The Information Security Officer directly reports to the local CISO and is part of the Cyber Security Team. This team is responsible for:

• Identify, assess and manage cyber risks to ensure they remain under control (cyber-attack, data leakage, regulatory breaches, system unavailability, internal fraud, etc.)
• Ensure the local entities remain in line with external regulations, internal policies, standards and control frameworks.
• Raise security awareness across the organization and promote the improvement of general cyber security culture and best practices!
• Provide cyber security expertise to the local business, top management, IT function.
• Integration of cyber security requirements into projects.
• Coordinate operational security processes oversight (vulnerability management, security monitoring, etc.) and local security projects or continuous improvement activities.
• Drive security alert and incident response governance and processes locally
• Report security indicators requested by the Group and make sure to maintain the right level of alignment and understanding between Group and the local entities.
• Coordinate security audit and testing activities

• Master’s degree in information security or previous professional experience in a relevant role
• Between 2 and 4 years of professional experience in information security roles
• Good communication and persuasion skills, with an ability to explain complex security matters in a clear and synthetic manner.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills/ Autonomy/ Adaptability/ Project management skills/ Listening skills.
• Theoretical knowledge and practical experience with security risk management.
• Good knowledge and experience with NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) or other standards published by NIST
• Excellent understanding of IT systems foundations: network technologies, system architectures, web applications, databases, cloud environments, operating systems, programming languages, cryptography, etc.
• Appetite for technical IT security topics and capacity to deep dive on technical topic when required and ability to speak the language of operational IT teams
• Fluency in English with a good command in French or Dutch is essential.
