Do będzie należało:Responsibilities:

identify and address business IT and information security risks, translating them into technical control requirements,
lead security improvement initiatives and ensure alignment on goals with functional managers and the Group CISO,
assess current and future threats, providing a realistic overview of risks and ensuring compliance with security policies,
support audits and offer security awareness and training for different audience levels,

manage security incidents and collaborate with vendors and internal departments to establish risk-level agreements,
ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including audit support and incident reporting to the Group CISO.

:Requirements:

bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security, computer science, or related fields, or comparable business experience,
5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in an information security role,
experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, TISAX, TPISR, SOC2),
fluent English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
strong leadership, project management, and technical security knowledge.
