Why do we need you ?Reporting to the Director of Projects & Industrialization, the Industrialization and Commissioning Manager will manage industrialization and commissioning activities and support in new technologies replication and deployment. Travel is expected to be about 25% of the time in average.Main responsibilities:Management of resources specialized in industrialization and commissioning.
- Animate the team life and activities.
- Follow-up on tasks and organization of the team
- Define priorities among topics to be treated according to Insulation business strategy.
- Assistance when difficult situations are encountered.
Industrialization topics
- Management of industrialization steps for low TRL (Technical Readiness Level) technologies
- Management of contract with industrial partners
- Support on technology development in plants
- Follow-up and update on deployed technologies
Commissioning topics
- Defines commissioning KPIs and means of validation
- Defines commissioning steps, detailed plan/trials and associated resources
- Defines commissioning planning and manage resources accordingly
- Management of commissioning team
- Follow-up & reporting of commissioning progress and KPIs

- Process Flow Diagrams & P&ID
- Continuous process & line design.

- Glasswool and Stonewool knowledge a plus
Advanced knowledge in:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, for teamwork in an international and multicultural context
- Leadership and team management (multicompetence teams)
- Capability to work in a matrix organization as a team leader or as a member of a team
- TEC behavior (trust, empowerment, collaborative)
- Communicative in English. (speaking & writing)
