Offer DescriptionIndustrial PhD – The project aims to increase knowledge about the different unique physico-chemical parameters of each type of salt and to be the starting point of the first salt innovation center worldwide in Catalonia. At the same time, it is intended to apply this knowledge in two distinct areas: (i) the use of salt in energy storage devices, such as sodium batteries, helping to achieve independence from fossil fuels and; (ii) improving the performance in the electrolysis reaction from NaCl to obtain Cl2 and green H2.
