Industrial Painter/Coating Applicator

50 x Coatings Operatives required on HPC. Require either a Train the Painter, iCATS or OPITO qualification (ideally bronze & above with a couple years of coatings experience, we will take Trainee’s into consideration though).

Everyone on site also requires a HSE Qualification, either CCNSG Safety Passport or the CITB HSE Test for Operatives

Rates & Allowances:

• Tax free lodge ( 49.08 per night – local accommodation averages around the 30 mark)

• 13 long weekends per year (every four weeks travelling workforce can travel home on a Friday, have the weekend at home and travel back to site on Monday), return single rail fare payment every 4-weeks for long weekend.

• Bus allowance per day on site (No one can drive to site, as operatives will need to get on a bus therefore everyday spent on site a payment will be paid dependent on how many miles their lodge is away – up to around a 20 payment per day)

• 22 days annual leave + stat bank holidays

• 10% weekly discretionary bonus payments (paid on all hours worked including OT)

• Start date: Immediate, subject to clearance
• Pension scheme with leading provider, 5% employee contribution, 4% employer contribution.

Pre-training:

19.29 basic / 28.94 OT1 / 38.58 OT2 / 1.93 Bonus

Following completion of training:

21.09 / 31.64 OT1 / 42.18 OT2 / 2.11 Bonus
