The position contribute at the accuracy of Monthly closing, weekly indicators, rolling forecasts and Budget, respecting deadlines and Dana policies.
Moreover, the position participate to studies and action plan together with local management and all departments of the Grand Reggio entities, to provide controlling tools and support to improving the profitability of the business.Main ResponsibilitiesInventory evaluationIndustrial costing : Resp. Flows analytical accounting (Cost of production and Sales), defining production hourly rate costs. Analysis aiming to improve business marginalityOpex (forecast and follow up) :– Headcount and labor cost– Operation expenses-Sales, General &AdministrativeMain opportunities and challenges:CONTRIBUTION IMPACT TO:
preparation of the rolling forecasts, budget and weekly trend,
Measure and analyse the variances versus standard with operation controllers,
Definition of the product cost and standard rules with Costing,
Definition and follow up with IT of the Improvements SAP needed,
Project of simplification and integration of the various entities of the Company
Implementation of new Dana policies and provide studies required by ManagementMajor Internal Relationships:
Local: Controlling, Accounting (local and shared services), Costing, Purchase and logistic, Operations, IT
Intragroup: finance BU and Corporate, Logistic, continuous improvement, other entitiesJob position requirementsEducation: University bachelor degree in economics / accountingProfessional background : Controlling in Manufacturing plants with SAPHard skillsEssential: Languages: Italian & English mandatoryTechnical SkillsEssential: Excel, SAP, inventory management and accounting, experience in a Controlling dpt of a Manufacturing facilityConsidered as a plus: experience in a Multinational CompanyUSGAAP, HFM, SOX /internal controlsSoft skillsRigor, engagement, proactivity, practical good sense, flexible and stress resistant, good communication skills and team spirit“If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
