This is your opportunity to join a Ofsted outstanding Independent specialist education centre for young people aged 6 to 19 who have complex communication and social needs typically associated with Autism Spectrum Conditions. You will be joining a committed team dedicated to offering an education that builds confidence, and resilience and empowers every child from day 1! The School has approx. 110+ pupils on roll and can be considered an average-sized specialist school. The school is currently looking for an INA (SEN) to join their primary team. This role is needed on a full-time basis, term time only (8:30-4:30 pm). Candidates must have experience and confidence in supporting learners on a 1:1 and small-group basis. This role will mean working 80% of the time 1:1 with SEN learners with profound needs and the remaining time will be spent working with small groups. The existing team is passionate and dedicated and is invested in offering a broad and balanced curriculum that meets every pupil’s individual needs.
