In addition to independence, also the Anti-Money Laundering legislation (AML) entails significant compliance aspects as well as client onboarding assessments to EY.We firmly believe in learning on the job, backed by solid support from our seasoned professionals, acting as your mentors in this dynamic, passion-filled team. Working with us grants you an inside look at EY’s business processes.Your Key Responsibilities

• Advise on auditor independence according to professional standards
• Research and analyze independence procedures for clients
• Monitor and support corrective actions
• Develop and implement training for independence and AML
• Collaborate with international EY independence teams
• Support the AML Compliance Officer in program implementation and optimization
• Conduct AML compliance checks for client onboarding
• Improve AML processes, procedures, and tools
• Provide compliance advice based on risk assessments
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulations.

Your ProfileYou have/are:

• a Master’s degree from a Belgian university
• a first experience is in AML is necessary
• excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and French. Next to that, you are fluent in English
• a team player, resilient under pressure, problem-solving attitude and strong client service
• proficient with technology
