Our Bi-Borough SEND Inclusive Education Team are passionate about enabling schools to be confident in providing all children with SEND an education that is appropriate, ambitious and individualized to their needs. And that’s where you come in.The Role:The purpose of the role is to improve and disseminate inclusive practice. You will be ensuring consistency of approach and increasing parent confidence in local schools. You will be supporting the development of whole school inclusive practice across the borough through the review and evaluation of the SEN practices and provision delivered in our mainstream schools and nurseries. You will do this through working directly in schools, modelling how to set up and run individual and group interventions. You will work closely with school staff to model strategies to support learners with SEND and ensure these are fully embedded. You will have a minimum of a level 3 qualification. You will have experience of delivering individual and small group interventions and will feel confident in using this experience to support schools to be more inclusive in their practice.
