Our Inbound Business Development Representatives respond to requests for more information with the intention of educating them on our value and setting up a product demonstration. As an Inbound BDR, you must be masterful at explaining the value and breaking down barriers by building rapport. What you will do as an Inbound BDR:
Respond to Inbound Leads within 3 minutes during business hours
Clearly articulate the value of SiteDocs to generate interest in a product demonstration
Qualify prospects to ensure mutual fit and the right people are at the demo
Stay up to date with daily activity steps
Maintain a lead conversion of 40% or above on business domain email leads
Document your progress within Salesforce (CRM) and SalesLoft
Be fanatical about our mission, values, and goals
Helpful Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in Health & Safety, SaaS or construction
History of building relationships and rapport
Experience in any sales related role
Experience creating urgency and educating on a value proposition
Familiar with being accountable to targets
