Our partner is an international wireless telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructure owner, operating in many european countries. Its activities include telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructure services, security networks and emergency services, and solutions for municipal infrastructure.Currently, we are looking for IMS/Quality Manager who will support activities in areas of Business Continuity and Integrated Management Systems implementation.Responsibilities:

• Manage the Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and new standards applicable in Poland
• Track IMS performance, address non-conformances, identify improvements and present regular updates to senior management
• Support IMS management required tools implementation
• Oversee the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) by coordinating periodic risk assessment and business impact, defining and applying precautionary measures for emergencies and contingency situations across the organization
• Monitor regulatory, legal, and certification requirements; lead audits; and roll out the local Risk Management Model in alignment with global frameworks
• Engaging in business impact analysis, risks assessment and emergency concepts coordination across organization, to ensure that risks are minimized, and business processes are effectively supported

Requirements:

• 5 years of solid experience in IMS, risk or quality area
• Knowledge of auditing procedures
• Knowledge of quality certifications (eg. 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301,27001)
• Strong Problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to build bridges between different parts of organization
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
