Our partner is a VC-backed digital health startup revolutionizing stroke diagnosis and treatment with our AI medical imaging software. Our award-winning team is rapidly expanding, and we’re seeking passionate individuals to join us in making a global impact.As an Implementation Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for healthcare facilities, overseeing technical reviews, implementation, and training to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial for our growth and success.Responsibilities:

• Lead AI imaging software implementation in healthcare settings
• Manage projects for timely software integration
• Adapt strategies to meet customer infrastructure needs
• Optimize CT acquisition protocols and image routing
• Configure infrastructure with team support
• Provide troubleshooting support and training
• Conduct risk assessments and improve procedures
• Document insights for product and commercial opportunities
• Collaborate with the tech team on product development

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in tech project management, ideally in healthcare
• Familiarity with server, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and networking
• Preferred experience with Linux, virtualization, Docker, and networking
• Flexibility in working hours to support a global customer base
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus

This is a hybrid position in Barcelona and with a salary of up to 50k + bonus and benefits.
