EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:Essential Qualifications/Experience:· Skill in creating, prioritizing, and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria
· Experience in maintaining and providing Level 2 support for IKM Tools
· Experience with ITSM
· Experience in migration and setup of IKM Tools applications
· Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts
· Experience designing medium to large SharePoint environments and understanding OS and SQL database integration
· Skills in creating technical/user guides, documentation, and performing quality assurance
· Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services and Claims Provider for troubleshooting purposes
· Demonstrated experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint cycles, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
· Ability to work with Kanban boards and Agile templates to support Product Goals
· Ability to present technical solutions to stakeholders
· Experience assisting in approved service interruptions, particularly for IKM ToolsDesirable Qualifications:
· Ability to assist in preparing presentations and demonstrationsDUTIES/ROLE:
· Provisioning of technical assessment and guidance on the creation of a backlog of user stories and their respective acceptance criteria which will address the gap between the current and desired state of the mentioned capabilities
· Refactoring of code, and thus functionality, of existing SharePoint customizations following quality, vulnerability, stability, usability and security testing of currently deployed capabilities
· Creation of test cases against new introduced or improved features
