Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestThe Systems engineer conducts component and product integration. All activities that span multiple components and products and are concerned with how to integrate for maximum performance and interoperability.The System Engineer will have a comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles in the own part of the function. Strong knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space. Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods. Communicates across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.Connects the dots across technologies and develop cross-technology solutions; works on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business. Communicates across the function in area of expertise.As a Systems engineer you will :

  • manage product and systems requirements, specifications and flow down, drive validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing.
  • be responsible for defining product requirements for the module / component / subcontractors and partners teams. Manages interface between components and execution organizations.
  • be responsible for driving CTQ / Risk trades within the teams designing the components.
  • manage the overall product configuration and configuration control system. Comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles in the own part of the function. Strong knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space. Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods. Communicates across direct organization. Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Master’s in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Have at least 10 additional years of experience in an engineering capacity.
  • Be able to effectively communicate and have a growth mindset.
  • Have a proven track record of collaboration in multi-functional teams, with project management skills as well as be Green Belt certified.
  • Have deep knowledge of turbo-machinery and their application in field.
  • Experience in Advanced manufacturing, inspection, and repair process.
