Offer DescriptionFaculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, Department of Functional Materials Engineering is looking for a person for an Associated Professor position in the research staff group. Planned employment of full-time to implement the IDUB NOBELIUM research grant no. 7/1/2024/IDUB/I.1a/No.TASKS/ROLE

  • conduct a project on high temperature electrochemistry in order to establish new processes to fabricate materials in more economical way or fabricate new materials
  • assisting and supervise PostDoc, PhD, MSc or BSc students
  • report writing
  • preparation of research papers for leading journals and conferences
  • dissemination of project results on workshops and conferences

  • a PhD degree in Materials Engineering or related discipline
  • publication record in JCR journals related to electrochemical science
  • high citation record (more than 1500)
  • H-index at least 20 (Scopus or WoK)
  • doctoral thesis related to high temperature electrochemistry
  • proven experience of design, fabrication and measurements of electrochemical devices and processes
  • fluency in English (minimum B2)
