ICT Data Manager

This role of Data Manager is a varied and challenging one. It provides the opportunity of end-to-end visibility across GSK, working cross-functionally globally. With the exposure that this provides there is ample career development and progression on offer.

Role Purpose

This is the role of the ICT Data Manager & the primal focus is to be accountable of all BAU Operational processes across Pricing and Costing and ensuring E2E data setups by leading the BAU Operational team across the various locations. It will further support on Annual Processes and Network Change Projects where required.

In this role you will…

  • Lead, coach and manage the ICT Data Team, supporting development and capability building of the individuals within the team.
  • Support and manage appropriate resourcing within the team in both UK and Genpact.
  • Owner of all ICT Data streams, driving forward BAU activities across the different teams and locations and implementing new ways of working (solution design and implementation).
  • Accountable Data Remediation Queries & Support management/team with resolution and blockers
  • Manage escalations and support BAU (operations) & Project Teams, including creating and ensuring Escalation Matrix are available and up to date.
  • Owner, Champion and Custodian of all ICT/SAP data related queries and processes which requires working/partnering across numerous teams globally and its documentation.
  • Manage individuals/teams and motivate them to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
  • Support the ATP and Standard Setting Delivery leads in all aspects of these annual processes both during delivery and as part of the continuous improvement activity ahead of the following cycle.

  • Graduate Level or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience of Supply Chain and inter-company profit systems and processes
  • Awareness of all business operating models at an International Level.
  • Data Mining
  • Excellent complex analytical and problem-solving skills.
