SEEKING: IAM Support SpecialistJOB PURPOSEAs an IAM (Identity and Access Management) Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support for the organization’s identity and access management systems.You will ensure that user access is managed effectively, securely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Your role will involve troubleshooting access issues, managing user roles and permissions, and supporting the integration of IAM solutions.KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES► User Access Management:● Manage user accounts, roles and permissions across various systems and applications.● Handle requests for account creation, modification, deactivation and access changes.● Ensure that user access is granted according to the principle of least privilege.► IAM System Support:● Provide day-to-day operational support for IAM solutions, including troubleshooting issues related to user access and authentication.● Assist with the configuration and maintenance of IAM platforms and tools.● Monitor the health and performance of IAM systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely.► Incident Response and Troubleshooting:● Respond to user-reported issues related to login, authentication and access, resolving them in a timely manner.● Investigate and troubleshoot access-related incidents, collaborating with other IT teams as needed.● Escalate complex IAM issues to senior IAM or security personnel when necessary.► Compliance and Security:● Ensure that all IAM processes comply with internal security policies and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR).● Conduct periodic reviews of user access to ensure compliance with organizational policies.● Support audit and compliance efforts by providing necessary documentation and reports on access controls and IAM activities.► Documentation and Reporting:● Maintain detailed documentation of IAM processes, including user access procedures, configurations and troubleshooting steps.● Prepare regular reports on access activities, security incidents and system performance.● Update knowledge bases and user guides to assist in troubleshooting and access management► Collaboration and Communication:● Work closely with security, IT infrastructure and application teams to ensure smooth integration of IAM solutions.● Engage with stakeholders to understand their access requirements and provide appropriate support.● Provide training and guidance to end-users and IT staff on IAM-related processes and tools.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS■ English is the program language (oral & written C1 minimum), Spanish is a plus.■ Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, protocols (e.g., SSO, OAuth) and technologies.■ Experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD).■ Basic understanding of IT security and compliance standards related to IAM.■ Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with user access and authentication issues.■ Ability to analyze and resolve complex IAM problems effectively.■ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical users.■ Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.■ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.WE OFFER:· Full-time Freelance contract· Rate: €240/€260 per day + VAT (According to proven experience)· Long Term Project. Recurrence in Projects· Location: Alcobendas (Madrid) – Hybrid: 3/4 days a week in person in the office· Desired start date: ASAP
