PracticeTechnologies Cyber SecurityLocation Brussels, BelgiumType ContractIAM Scrum Master – Brussels, Belgium – ContractNext Ventures is partnered with a Belgian Bank who is hiring an IAM Scrum Master on a contract basis. This will be a 1 year extendable contract (40 hours per week), and will involve 2 days onsite work in the Brussels office each week.Your role will be to lead Agile/Scrum activities within the IAM Engineering team. As well as implementing Agile ways of working, you will promote knowledge sharing, participation of all team members, and adoption to a real Agile way of working.The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working in an IAM team as a Scrum Master (ideally Scrum certified).
• Have language skills in English AND French, Dutch OR Flemish
• Have strong communication skills, and be able to work with both technical and non-technical members of the team.
