Join Eramet and let your talent shine brighter.Job Description:Eramet Ideas, the innovation hub of the Eramet group for the application of new technologies to its fields, employs 160 engineers and technicians in Saint Quentin en Yvelines in Trappes (78), in a pleasant working environment on the edge of the Port-Royal forest.The Expert in Eramet Ideas’ Innovation and Technology department is at the heart of innovation as a vector for improving performance and creating value. He/she imagines solutions within industrial environments in terms of both technology and process, and creates incremental innovations that produce competitive advantages for the Group. Through his/her business network and undisputed business expertise, the expert anchors the Open Innovation approach in the Group’s DNA; he/she contributes to the development of Eramet Ideas.Responsibilities:

• Serve as a role model in terms of mindset and behavior through the visibility of their function.
• Master one or more fields and be an authority on related matters.
• Act as an entrepreneur with the ability to transform collected ideas into business opportunities and create value for the Group, drawing on solid industrial experience.
• Propose innovations for the Group’s projects, be an active player in the innovation process, generate project proposals, and contribute to their promotion.
• Serve as the scientific guarantor for projects led by Eramet Ideas from R&D to industrialization.
• Ensure the sustainability of the Group by maintaining and developing its competencies through participation in international conferences, publishing articles, and contributing to professional groups.
• Be the guardian of the state-of-the-art in their field of expertise, conduct benchmarks, and follow technical developments through relationships with academic laboratories and industrial partners to better understand the competitive environment of our fields.
• Contribute to the Group’s Knowledge Management strategy and the development of Eramet Ideas teams’ competencies.
• Train engineers and technicians at Eramet Ideas in their field of expertise.

Your Profile:Graduate of a French or International general engineering school with over 10 years of professional experience in Hydrometallurgy.A Ph.D. would be a plus.Professional proficiency in French and English.You are mobile and available for assignments in France and abroad.In your daily actions, you strive to:
