Join our Site Solutions Department as our new Hydrogeologist and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Hydrogeologist, you will be part of our successful team composed of geologists, engineers, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk and sustainability. You will be working closely with Project Managers and other Consultants on environmental investigations, data analysis, remediation activities, litigation projects and sustainable water management projects.Your key responsibilities will be:
- Design of site investigations and remediation activities
- Field data collection
- Data analysis and interpretation to develop complex Conceptual Site Models
- Design and execution of hydrogeological modelling activities
- Pumping test design, execution and interpretation using software programs (Aqtesolv, Aquifertest or similar)
- Fate and transport modelling
- Flood risk assessment
- Proposal and reporting in Spanish and English

Whilst we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success.These include:
- M.Sc. in Earth Sciences, Environmental Engineering or similar with a specific formation and skills in hydrogeology
- Field work and data analysis experience
- Ability to develop a geological/hydrogeological site conceptual model
- Experience or academic background in hydrogeological modelling (preferrable FEFLOW, MODFLOW, etc.)
- Capability of drafting clear written documents in Spanish (mother tongue);
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in English
