Responsibilities:

A· Conduct a combination of file-work and face-to-face assessments of customers regarding various benefits, providing detailed reports to the DWP. File-work involves reviewing medical evidence in written or electronic format to determine the necessity of a face-to-face assessment. Assessments focus on how disabilities impact customers’ daily work-related activities.

A· Utilize IT software programs to support clinical decision-making during file-work and examinations.

A· Provide comprehensive reports to enable DWP Decision Makers to make informed benefit claim decisions.

Requirements:

A· Minimum of 2 years’ acute clinical experience

A· Broad-based clinical experience in an acute setting

A· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A· A positive, empathetic, and professional manner

A· Strong computer and IT skills

A· Right to work in the UK

A· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a targeted team

A· Adaptability and flexibility under pressure
