HUMAN RIGHTS PROJECT MANAGER – SUSTAINABLE SOURCINGA day in the lifeThe Global Sustainability sourcing team is looking for an experienced lead to support and deploy the global Human Rights sourcing strategy fully aligned with the Human Rights L’Oréal frame and to be applied across all our procurement categories. This will include orchestrating relevant actions, developing critical partnerships and accelerate positive impact for communities involved in L’Oréal upstream value chain.The Human Rights Project Manager reporting directly to the Sustainable Sourcing Director will undertake the main following strategic responsibilities, in line with the Group frame and roadmap:
The position is based in Paris with ad hoc travels across our zones.About the TeamOur multicultural sustainable sourcing team is fully integrated within our global sourcing organization, partnering with all procurement domains, zones and divisions as well as Corporate Responsibility team and other Operations métiers.We aim to fundamentally transform procurement and our ecosystem by implementing our Corporate Responsibility strategy, achieving our L’Oréal for the Future program commitments, and strengthening the resilience of our upstream supply chain.Our strategy is based on four pillars: Human Rights protection; environmental preservation; business integrity; diversity, equity and inclusion.To find out more on our L’Oreal for the Future program and understand our environmental and social set of commitments:
