Human Resources Specialist with English

Then this may be the opportunity you’re looking for! As an HR Specialist, you will be working closely together with the operations, primarily in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries, helping and guiding MSX employees. In this role, you will make employees happy, and through that you will contribute to making MSX a good place to work!

In this role you will:

• Partner with team members, regional stakeholders and local markets, supporting the end-to-end service delivery of People Operations
• Provide assistance, guidance, advice to employees, line managers and senior leaders
• Perform administration of employee lifecycle processes
• Execute all human resources transactions, such as onboarding, termination, staff movement, HR reporting, internal audits, personnel information management, and contract management
• Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies

In your first 90-days you will:

• Meet everyone in our team

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
• Fluency in English
• Experience in local HR is desirable
• Experience in an international company and/or shared services function
• Result oriented mindset
• Focus on detail
• Structured way of working
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks
• Experience in HR SSCC would be a strong asset
