Descripción :We are looking for a Human Resources Officer for a leading company in the online industry, with a wide range of globally recognized brands, in Melilla.WHAT WE OFFER

Stable contract
Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 6 pm with one-hour flexibility
Salary range of 30,000 – 40,000 euros/gross annually, depending on the experience brought to the position

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the Human Resources team.
Support the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems.
Provide localized advice on policies and procedures.
Engage actively in the recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, advertising positions, and overseeing hiring procedures.
Design and execute comprehensive onboarding strategies. Develop and implement training programs for employee growth.
Participate in performance management procedures to enhance productivity.
Offer support in handling disciplinary issues and complaints.

Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and equal opportunity data, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Review labour conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requisitos mínimos :

Degree in Business Administration, Labour Relations, Psychology, or similar, with a specialization in HR.
Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years as a Human Resources Manager
High level of English & Spanish
Residence in Melilla
