Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Develop and implement local HR initiatives aligned with the Global HR Strategy. Lead the implementation of group standards and directives at the local level.Define recruitment and talent management objectives, ensuring they align with group strategy.Oversee personnel administration, including payroll, social declarations, and compliance with legal regulations.Manage social relations, including interactions with works councils and unions, and handle necessary actions and litigations.Support and coach management on HR best practices, ensuring a positive social climate and the continuity of our group culture.Manage the HR budget and ensure cost control. Analyze and report social data and HR performance indicators.Qualifications:A Master’s degree in Human Resources and several years of professional experience in a similar position within the industry.Strong knowledge of Spanish labor regulations.Experience in union and social management, project management, and team leadership.Excellent communication skills, both in Spanish and English.Proficiency in IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and HRIS.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
