The position is located in Courbevoie, France.What will your daily responsibilities involve?After your onboarding program, you will take on several missions within the company.
You will be responsible for daily operations as well as occasional projects within the Human Resources department, both at the local and divisional levels.What will your key missions and responsibilities be?At the divisional level:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date files for all key performance indicators (KPIs) of the division. Manage confidential information with sensitivity and in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Handle general tasks such as tracking HR processes, monitoring HR campaigns, managing HR projects, and organizing HR events and meetings.
- Support, prepare, and analyze data and documents for HR-related projects.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and actions within the HR function.
At the headquarters/France level:
- Draft HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and disciplinary notices, while adhering to legal requirements and company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries from employees based in France.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation programs and necessary documentation management.
- Oversee major HR campaigns (salary increases, bonuses, annual performance reviews, career reviews, etc.).

Profil souhaitéAbout you!Your education:You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles.Your skills and personal qualities:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of local labor laws and legal requirements.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Experience in a matrix organization or international environment is a plus.
