January 2025How long will it last? 6 monthsWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Business Partner with various HR initiatives and projects, mainly in following focus areas : diversity & inclusion, long-term career opportunities, people management development, well-being.
- Support the Customer Facing Trainer in preparing training materials, organizing training sessions in our Learning Management System and handling training administration, focusing on onboarding and sustainability.
- Help with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Support on internal communication.
- Research on best practices and provide recommendations.
What will make you successful ?
- You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, Dutch and English.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have strong interpersonal skills, able to easily connect with other people. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to handle confidential information.
- We value individuals who are genuine and true to themselves, who have a positive attitude and are willing to learn.
