Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a dynamic team in Prague. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be a key figure in managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and providing effective support to both employees and clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, working with international teams and local partners to ensure smooth operations.
* Respond to queries regarding benefits, payroll, and compliance, providing clear and timely solutions.
* Actively support employees to increase their satisfaction and resolve HR-related challenges.
* Maintain HR data and ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
* Identify potential HR issues and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve them efficiently.
* Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure compliance with Czech labour regulations.
Requirements:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of HR experience with a solid understanding of employment law.
* Experience in HR consultancy, recruitment agency work, or providing outsourced HR services is essential.
* Fluent in Czech and English to a business proficiency level (C1 or higher).
* Strong conflict resolution skills and familiarity with HR databases/CRM systems.
* A keen interest in international business, HR outsourcing, or Employer of Record (EOR) services.
* Must be based permanently in the Czech Republic.
