JOB OVERVIEW
At KOMIS, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual, splitting their time between two vital departments: Human Resources and Business Development. The successful candidate will operate under two separate supervisors, with distinct responsibilities in each department, ensuring a diverse and enriching work experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR:
- HR Planning: Assist in developing workforce plans and strategies for talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Recruitment and Selection: Support the creation and posting of job descriptions, manage the first screening of applications and respond to candidates, assist with interviews, and support the onboarding process.
- Training and Development: Support the evaluation of training needs, development of training programs, and the organisation and delivery of training sessions.
- Employee Relations: Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Health and Safety: Contribute to the update of the prevention plan and its implementation to ensure a safe workplace environment.
Business Development:
- Experts Sourcing: Engage in identifying and vetting potential new experts to meet project needs.
- Experts Roster: Help maintain and update the expert database and ensure all supporting documents are current and accurate.
- Technical support: Provide support in the preparation of KOMIS personnel administrative documents for tenders submission
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Valid working permit for Belgium.
ASSETS
- Proven experience in HR or Business Development roles with a focus on the tasks listed above.
- Working knowledge of Spanish.
