This is what your day looks like:

• Managing and organizing onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as maintaining personnel files.

• Supporting the recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Handling daily inquiries and providing assistance to all employees.

• Managing internal communication channels and TakeCare projects.

This position can either count as a mandatory internship for your education, or you might be interested in a temporary position of 6 months.

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Initial experience in Human Resources or in the back-office and assistant areas.

• Passion for the hospitality industry and its people.

• Affinity for digital platforms and systems.

• Careful and structured way of working.

• Discretion and a sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data.

• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.

This employment relationship is classified in wage group 3 of the hospitality collective agreement and will be overpaid depending on qualifications and experience.
