Salary: A‚¬80,000 – A‚¬90,000 gross per annum

This Luxurious and well established hotel located in the beautiful city of Rome is looking for a Human resources Director to join their team. As a human resources manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a positive workplace culture and nurturing the professional development of staff. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced HR professional with strengths in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy.

About the position

* Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent.
* Develop and implement innovative strategies to source and select candidates.
* Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to ensure a cohesive team.
* Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
* Identify training needs and coordinate development and benefit programs.
* Facilitate training sessions to enhance skills and ensure a high level of service.
* Develop and update HR policies to align with legal requirements and industry standards.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
* Conduct regular audits to maintain HR data accuracy.
* Provide guidance on goal-setting, feedback, and career development.
* Address performance issues proactively and collaboratively.
* Collaborate on wellness initiatives to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
* Uphold the hotel’s unique blend of old-world charm and modern luxury.

This is you

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Previous experience in a luxury or high end Hotel is a MUST
* Proven experience in human resources management, with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Italian and English
* Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise
* Employee relations and conflict resolution experience
* HR strategy alignment with organizational goals
* Training and development knowledge
* Compliance with labor laws and regulations
* Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
* Leadership and team management skills
* High ethical standards and confidentiality
