What you will do as a Human Resources Coordinator

· Being the first point of contact for the department, receiving external visitors and colleagues and handling all day to day queries.

· Responsible for all HR related administration; letters for colleagues, references etc.

· Responsible for the colleague’s employment journey, from preparing Starter pack including Letter of Employment to leaver documents.

· Prepare status changes for transfers and promotions and input in the HR system.

· Follow up on probation periods of all colleagues.

· Prepare monthly colleagues birthday cards and gifts; gifts for new born babies, long-term sick colleagues; cards for in-house HR guests, engagements, anniversaries, etc.

· Maintaining and updating Human Resources systems, as applicable.

· Assist in preparing and running the Colleague Experience Survey

· Preparing colleague communication, via posters, electronic and social media.

· Organizing our colleague’s social events to celebrate their successes through our Colleague Parties, dinners and meetings.

· Organize other social events such as Retirement Parties, General Colleagues Meeting, Andaz Talk, Special Long Service, Global Town Hall etc.).

· General admin duties to support the HR team.
