Your missionAlign business objectives with employees and management, provide HR guidance.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.Maintain in-depth knowledge of Spanish (and will be plus LATAM) legal requirements related to day by day management of employees, partnering with legal support when needed.Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.Develop HR related policies and procedures.Advice on talent development and organizational changes.Provide guidance on workforce planning, support in budgeting.Support the Management in the Talent Development and Culture projects.Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and compelling reputation in the job market.Your profileBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
