• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships increasing productivity and reinforcing talent retention.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and HR policy guidance, generating initiatives and improvement plans accordingly.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource management.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals and monitor training programs.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Being in charge of the hiring process.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

What skills do you need?

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Spanish (C1)
• English (C1)
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
