Job description

Provide HR support to business units, advising on employee relations, performance management, training, staffing, retention, and compensation.
Implement and maintain consistent HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, partnering with Talent Acquisition for hiring processes.
Manage payroll and benefit vendors to ensure proper service delivery.
Oversee employee communications regarding benefits and policy updates.
Conduct orientations, compliance training, and development programs.
Assist employees with interpreting and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
Handle HR administration, including contracts, documentation, and changes.

Completed higher professional education in HR
Minimum 5-7 years as a Human Resource Generalist
Knowledge of the current Dutch employment law required
Broader knowledge of European employment law is desired
Knowledge of technical wholesale is desired
HR system knowledge (preferably Workday)
Ability to prepare and submit various reports
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and work well with a team.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion at all times
Must be fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
