Job description
Key responsibilities– Conduct trainings for managers and internal stakeholder on various compliance related aspects– Implement the People and Culture strategy and plans within Client, focussing on areas such as performance and talent practices, employee engagement and retaining of the right talent.– Design and monitor programmes that will improve productivity and inculcate a performance culture throughout Client, whilst keeping employees engaged and motivated.– Partner and/or consult with Management team in the deployment of relevant people and culture strategies in key areas eg Talent Management, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Legal Compliance etc– Conduct onboarding orientation for the new joiners– Participate in internal / external audits– Update the HR polices at regular intervals and ensure they are compliant with the local regulatory requirements (e.g. country specific leave policy, etc.) and the social security norms– Coordinate with the LoB / EP HR and Mobility team on expat movement– Understand legally mandated benefits within the country & facilitate the same– Coordinate with legal & Mobility and employment attorneys to understand legal ramifications of planned separations– Identifying and coordinating HR improvement processes and digitalization of HR Systems.– Designing and implanting key strategies eg STEM, Diversity & Inclusion etc.Skills Required– Fluent in Dutch Written & Spoken– Have a good understanding of the Dutch labour laws– Prior experience in managing work council negotiations and processes– Should have experience in managing ARD activities including T&C mapping ,negotiation with the w/c and employee transfer– Should have experience in managing diverse work force /nationality– Should have an understating of re integration process– Experience in managing other Europe countries will be added advantage
