Role Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, monitor, and improve quality, health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance and enhancing safety standards within the organization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in safety practices that align with the company’s mission to promote sustainable practices.
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety improvements to maintain the organization’s commitment to a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

* Completed MBO or HBO education in relevant technical fields such as Technical Business Administration, Environmental Science, or Integrated Safety (e.g., MVK), providing a foundation to excel.
* Proven experience in Health & Safety management or related roles, ideally with a focus on mechanical and process safety, offering opportunities to shine.
