DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will collaborate with the HSE department, and your focus will primarily involve the correct development, management and improvement of the Company HSE Management System in accordance with applicable HSE standards and legislation, safety policies, organizational assets and existing operating procedures.YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

  • Following the evolution of the health, safety and environment Laws and Regulations and providing consultancy for the operational requirements and improvement.
  • Defining HSE performance indicators and assuring the relevant monitoring and development of specific analysis and reports.
  • Planning and participating in HSE auditing activities both at company and factory level.
  • Developing the required HSE contribution to company external communication documents and reports.
  • Providing the necessary support to the other HQ Department in relation to HSE related issues (i.e. selection of contractors).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with core trends and HSE topics
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability for travel/short trips abroad.

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION

  • Degree in Engineering, or other equivalent technical-management school.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role in a complex organization or consultant company.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft packages, including Power Point and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Flexibility and ability to operate in complex organizational contexts.
