Offer DescriptionJunior Postdoctoral Researcher for the development of advanced treatments for water treatment, as well as for the analysis of antibiotic resistance genes in water, detection of antibiotics, metabolites and pathogenic germs, and able to evaluate the effect of treated water on the new fish culture present in the fish farm.RequirementsResearch Field Biological sciences » Biology Education Level PhD or equivalentResearch Field Environmental science » Other Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/Qualifications– PhD in Biology/Microbiology/Life Sciences or related disciplines (Biotechnology, Molecular Biology etc.)– Chemistry or Water-related BSc or MSc studies will be positively evaluated.– Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering knowledge will be also positively evaluatedSpecific Requirements-Proven experience of Microbiology, Molecular Biology or Genetics lab-based work-Knowledge on toxicology analysis-Previous participation in research-oriented projects will be considered a plus.-Experience in the writing of scientific publications will be positively evaluated.-Knowledge of Spanish is not required but basic levels will facilitate everyday life and administrative matters.-Previous experience on water treatment technologies is not required but positively evaluated
