Responsibilities:

– Engage closely with HR and Quality Assurance teams, utilizing Cornerstone tool for certifications to enhance cross-functional communication and understanding within the organization.

– Analyze, design, and implement functional requirements to support HR processes effectively while contributing to the organization’s overall strategic objectives.

– Play a pivotal role in optimizing HR systems and processes, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

– Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst or similar role,

– Background in HR processes and familiarity with Cornerstone or SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.

– Fluency in English is a must, while knowledge of Dutch is highly advantageous.
