The ideal candidate will support the lifecycle of SuccessFactors, but also participate to the journey of transitioning our HR platforms into the new cloud era. It’s never too late to join the fun and serve as an operational expert for human resources information systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the manager the lifecycle of a SuccessFactors oriented landscape, with experience in multiple processes/modules and a preferred focus on SuccessFactors Compensation;

• Support the manager to analyse the needs of the IGT Stakeholders for the area of responsibility;

• Hands on approach: implementation and configuration of compensation processes and data related configuration;

• Role base permission knowledge applied to both Compensation module and Employee Central module;

• Troubleshooting and solutioning capabilities.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors system and platforms proven hands-on on SAP SuccessFactors system;

• SuccessFactors associate certifications on the compensation module will be considered a plus;

• Recruiting Onboarding knowledge is a plus;

• Fluent Business English

Professional Experience/Seniority:

Multinational experience is a plus
